I have no idea what that means, but I love it. I agree. It's never a great idea for institutions to take on individuals in these types of situations; I'm not exactly sure what they thought they'd achieve. Does Butler University hope to extract money from a single person? I seriously can't figure out what they hoped to do with the lawsuit other than to bring attention to themselves; if that's what they were trying to do, mission accomplished! First, awesome name! Butler's logic for the lawsuit was that the blog damaged the school's rep? The lawsuit did much more damage to the school's image than the blog ever could have. I have seen a few of Jess's posts and they look pretty harmless. Does anyone know what got Butler so riled up? Come on, what was this kid saying that made folks feel so threatened?
