I’m looking into financial aid for my cat’s veterinary emergencies should they come up.. a lot of people mention care credit.. but I don’t know if they approve people who have limited income like ssi and welfare.. and very little credit… I don’t have a high vet bill now. but I wan’t to be prepared should one arise.. am I just better off having a pet savings account or something? I hear the Interest for Care Credit is horrendous..
